About me
Andrew Regalado is a Senior Organizer with the Horizons Project, where he leads cross-sector initiatives that engage business leaders, faith communities, lawyers, veterans & military families, labor unions, and civic organizations to strengthen civic trust and democratic resilience across the United States. His work focuses on fostering collaboration across ideological, cultural, and institutional lines, with a particular interest in how communities develop their own traditions of civic participation, leadership, and public responsibility. Andrew began his career in the U.S. Congress, advising high-profile leaders through moments of domestic and global crisis, including the aftermath of January 6th and the response to Russia’s war in Ukraine. With a background in public service, policy analysis, and political campaigns, he has since led cross-ideological grassroots initiatives across the US to combat election denialism, toxic polarization, and rising distrust in democracy. Andrew is a proud alumnus of the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
