Alexa Merrill believes the way we speak can change the world—and shows up every day to prove it. At Dignity.Us, they work at the intersection of community, operations, and storytelling—translating the Dignity Movement's vision into the infrastructure and relationships that make it real. While studying Sociology at Brigham Young University and training as a Leadership Coach, Alexa discovered the Dignity Index, became a student ambassador, and never left. Today they lead cross-functional work spanning people, systems, and strategic support—driven by the conviction that how we treat each other matters.
