TED Democracy Philadelphia: Founding Futures

What does the future of democracy look like? It looks a lot like teamwork, diverse voices, and a fierce dedication to the collective good—values modeled beautifully by the young artists of PHILADANCO! Danco 3 (D/3).

Join us at the Pew Spotlight Stage for a vibrant, 10-minute showcase featuring three numbers performed by D/3’s talented 13-to-16-year-old dancers. Founded in 2006, this ensemble provides serious young artists with the platform and training they need to cultivate their unique voices and push society forward.

Through community-focused education, PHILADANCO! ensures that creative expression is accessible to all, proving that investing in our youth is the ultimate democratic act. Come witness how these emerging leaders use movement to demonstrate the power of harmony, discipline, and community.
